BASIC USE: Livers Bronze Co. PANEL RAIL system is a pre-engineered component based railing system, shipped to the jobsite ready to install.
LIMITATIONS: PANEL RAIL railing system is only limited by the materials from which it is fabricated.
Pre-engineered railing should be assembled using the components listed:
PANELS: 2’6″ x 2’6″ Panels, designs are designated by the numbers given them by Livers Bronze Co. Half panels are approx. half the width of Standard panels. PANEL RAIL is standard in aluminum with a powder coated finish.
POSTS: ( 2″ x 3″ x .125) extruded aluminum post. (3″ x 3″ x .125) extruded aluminum corner post.
CAP RAIL: See reverse for railing cap profiles available in aluminum or wood (sanded, select species).
SIDE RAIL: Rail bracket and 1 1/2″ diameter metal handrail, or 2″ dia. wood handrail
FINISHES: A wide selection of colors and textures in powder coat are available. Colors are selected from manufacturers standard color charts. Standard circular grain satin and polished finishes are available for stainless steel and bronze side handrails. Wood rails to be sanded only, final field finishing by others.

PANEL RAIL conforms to IBC and ADA regulations for openings and stress.
